Greetings from a Nervous Newbie
-
ladyardilaunParticipant
Hi all – took the plunge and decided to join this group as I adore photography and all my friends are tired of hearing me harp on about perfect light or get fed up when my attention span leaves them and focuses on a moment I want to try and capture ! I’m not a member of any group so this is the first stepping stone for me.. I would photograph paint drying and find it interesting – one of my main reasons for joining here would be to get advice on photos I’ve taken – what needs work…where I need to improve basically. I have done portraiture and recently (last three weeks) got into Landscape – did a quick trip up to Fanad Lighthouse and had lots of fun – Any hoots glad to be here – gotta figure out how to try and upload some pics (golly i’m nervous at the thoughts…) I also am looking for advice on where to print..have some odd sizes etc.. Looking forward to meeting some new people here and perhaps even making a few friends :P
miki gParticipantHi Ladyardilaun.
No need to be nervous, as everyone here was a newbie at some point & there are some very helpful people on the site who will give you good advice when needed. Posting pics can be awkward for some people at first, but there are links as to how to do it & when you get the knack, it’s easy. Looking forward to seeing some of your work soon.MarkKeymasterWelcome to the site !.
