As a tattoo fan I like this image, and I like the mask as it draws attention to the eyes.
I would like to see it in black and white to see how it compares to the colour. I believe that the tattoos will look better as they are mostly done in blacks and greys.
Cheers folks. It doesn’t really work well in B&W because the overall image is quite dark with no highlights to speak of. The result is that Baz blends into the background too much. His tattoos become camouflage against the clutter of his studio walls.
Good shot! I was thinking this picture would be a good one for the monthly photoshop challenge,haha. Can imagine playing around with making the background B&W and leave him in colour or vice-versa..or anything really. But a neat shot still! Agree with Paul that the mask adds a lot. Well done!

A vignette, or burning in the background may take care of that..
