Event printer

  Hi Guys

  Just wondering as some event work might be coming my way that i need to tender for I wanted to get some advice on the type of printer to plump for.

  What i am looking to do is provide prints during the event so the printer must be fast and have a nice low cost per print but great results (obvisously) and can print up to 6×4/5×7 I cant see demand for anything larger on the night being worthwhile and could be done to order later anyway.

  Do you know where here in Ireland I could get a used event printer.? or that Click System ??

  I think Sheldon photography does dye subs in ireland, I had a click system before and never had any luck with it. The click seems like a good bit of kit but mine kept over heating and shutting down. Had to be send back twice because of software and hardware issues.. I now use a Mits CP9810, a couple of laptops and just print straight from lightroom.. must easier and if a laptop goes down I have another one.
