Hardly scraping the barrel Dave. Really like the first and second shots, especially #2. I wonder would it look even better with a little more sky though? Still, lovely tones with an almost minimalist feel to it.
Mark.I feel that the upper hi light in the sky is blown out and really takes from your picture. Would you consider cropping out that top portion of your picture, I think it would improve it. As for your other pictures I think you more or less passed judgement on them yourself.

It’s the kind of shot I’d attempt myself on occasion,
It’s a fine shot as is,
I’d try a square crop, losing the left portion of the frame.I like the first two,as well. I’d be tempted to crop the first one from the bottom to emphasize even more on the sunrays, which you have captured very well, imo; the silhouette looks good and there’s detail in the water..#1 my favourite from the set so :) I like the second shot but not enough interest in it to me, compared to the first shot.
