Love it. Absolutely brilliant. Would love it on my wall. Totally (excuse the pun) eyecatching and imaginative. Possibly someone is going to come along later and blow this up and pick holes in it, but for me an image is all about the initial impact it has and this fits the bill perfectly.

    Looking forward to seeing more

thanks mark s. have checked with the printers and i could print it at roughly 5 ft wide without any iq loss, i have a print at 3 ft wide and it really is eye catching :)

Class image! Simple as that :D It is a mirror image, yeah?
Can you really print 5ft wide without losing quality? I know it’ll look good standing back a relative distance but unless you’ve got a very large room to display it, surely it’s going to be compromised to some extent. That’s a question rather than an opinion by the way.
    Regardless, it’s a gem.

thanks markclehane, yea its a mirror image, which is what allows it to be printed to that size without iq loss. i use a printers in newbridge in kildare and the owner loved this as well, she wanted a copy, so i asked how large could i go with it, at the limit of her printer she said there was still no iq loss which was 60″x20″. original shot was of a friends bloodshot eye, taken with a Nikon D300 and a 2.8 60mm macro lens

Very well done! Didn’t realise at first glance, then looked at a bit longer and something seemed different..and then read further to see it’s a mirror image and all clear why the eyes are Exactly Identical, haha. Don’t find that normally on a person, irregular as we all are. I think it’s a great image. The white around the eyes looks very very bright on my screen but as long as I don’t stare into it, it’s fine :D And I can see the appeal it being blown up big. Well done! :)
