Lens Advice needed

I am a novice wildlife photographer and am looking to banch out and start upgrading some equipment. Two items which I don’t yet own are:
– a macro lens – for insects and flora
– a good lens for landscape photograhy.I would appreciate all advice and recommendations.

I have an old canon 400d, but hopeing to upgrade to either the 7D or the 5D.
It will really depend on your budget.
The Canon 100mm macro is a lovely lens.
The 16-35mm is a great wide landscape lens to have.
