LOOKING FOR C&C AND IDENTITY

  Hi all
  looking to get some c&c on these images and identity if possible.
  found this bug/insect late the other night in the bathroom.
  because it was late i left it in a container over night so i could
  get some pictures the next day.

  thankfully subject was happy enough to pose for the camera.
  found focusing a little tricky,need to practise a bit more i think.

  all c&c welcome and would love to know name of subject if possible

  Yep May Bug or Cockchafer, those little antenna spread out like two little
  fans when it is threatened, I remember taking a picture of one once and it
  caught sight of itself in the lens and went up on its back legs and started
  rattling the antenna, frightened the divil out of me…. :lol:

  now that you mention it ,the little fella was on it’s back
  when i was taking it’s picture,i just thought he was break dancing LOL
