  For sale I have three Pentax-M SMC 50mm f1:1.7 lenses. These are sharp ‘fast’ lenses, which make an ideal first prime lens for your DSLR without spending a fortune. They are great for low light flash-less photography and the shallow depth of field effect at wide apertures makes them ideal for portraits or DSLR movie making.

  All three lenses are in good condition with clean and clear optics with no scratches or lens fungus, quick & snappy aperture blades and smooth focusing action.
  All three show a few slight cosmetic signs of use but nothing major – these lenses are not flimsy plastic and were built to last. Also there are some fine specks of internal dust but this is there in all lenses I have seen of this age and does not effect image quality.

  Aperture: f22 – f1.7
  Focus: 45cm – Infinity

  These manual focus, manual aperture prime lenses can be used with probably any Pentax SLR since the late ’70s such as the k1000, MX, ME Super and also in M mode on Pentax DSLR cameras such as the k-x, k-r, k-5, k-7, k-30, k-01 etc. You might be able to use one on another brand of camera with an adapter, but please check before buying.

  As shown one comes with front screw-on cap and back cap, one with no caps but a UV filter, one with a front cap only.
