I would have asked this guy outright if I could have taken his picture rather than following him.
You had the right venue with all the right looking people & I think you missed an opportunity.
Even the guy in the rear of this image looks an interesting character.
I would also crop this image to lose the can.Thanks John, I’ve learned since then to be more ‘up front’ with subjects, its a real pain trying to get shots ‘without them seeing’. Thanks for the feedback.
It is a tough one to ask, uncertain of what reaction you’ll receive but people are usually ok and they’ll do as you ask.
