Night Lighthouse

This is my first post of an image, your thoughts and comments would be most welcome, Best Wishes, Pat.
Hello Pat, I love lighthouses there is something about them that appeals to
me, I would have liked to have seen this a bit larger (my eyes are not the best :) )
you can post up to 800 pixels on the longest side. The lighting looks ok maybe a
bit yellow but if you are shooting raw files then that is easily fixed in White Balance.
The sky is completely black and I wonder if you used a longer shutter speed would it
have produced a bit more detail? Maybe not! Overall I like it but maybe could be
improved with a few more tweaks! Keep posting :)Hi Jenny, thank you for your reply, I thought to shoot for the ambient light which came from street lights to the right of the frame to keep that feeling hence the yellowish tint, not sure if it works or should I put a neutral white balance in. I also wanted to keep the blackness.
I had trouble posting from pbase and can’t seem to get a direct link with 800 pixels on the long side, if I can solve the problem I will post at the bigger size so you could see that there are the spots of light in the darkness from navigation buoys.
