Iris with water mixed with glycerine droplets. 16 separate manually focused images – then ‘focus stacked’ in Photoshop – then mirrored.
Canon 5DMkii & Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro, Tripod, 2 sec timer for each shot.
f/16, 0.6sec, ISO100Click on pic for 1200×800 version. Thanks for looking.
Nice picture. If anything, then the middle area is a bit too grey for me. If it was like the rest of the background, blue and green.. Don’t mind me, just nitpicking, very well done and very creative with the mirroring. Iris is a lovely subject, too. :)
