I was watching these two Buzzards for ages, one would land on the post then the other
would fly in and knock him off and take ownership of the post, it looked like it was all good
humoured and they were playing more than fighting.
That’s an excellent shot Jenny, I bet you enjoyed watching them. How about posting another couple to make us all jealous.

haha……thanks Dave, this was the only shot I got with the two of them in, I was watching
them more than photographing them, they were very entertaining. Most of the other shots are
of them with their back to me or flying away from me. This was the best of the bunch but was
pleased that it was the sharpest of them.Great capture Jenny. Is that camo netting in the background used to help people to get close to the birds or to hide something else?
Thanks miki, yes camo netting along the back fence, it was at the Red Kite feeding
station and the Buzzards always turn up for a free meal too.Great shots Jenny. . .Was that the feeding station in Gigrin Farm?? Its on my TO DO list :)

No not Gigrin though I have been to that one. This is in Llanddeusant in the Brecons, much smaller but still 50 or 60
Kites turn up every day, only £3 for the best half hour you will ever spend bird watching! I prefer it to Gigrin to be
honest, closer to them and they seem more relaxed there too.Ah sounds like a FAB day out Jenny…..That be right up my alley…….Thanks for the info,,loving your shots
