Help with Flash Triggering

    Hi all,

I need a bit of help working out the best system for my off camera flash setup. I’ve got 2 Bowens Gemini heads 400Rx with built in radios. Then I’ve also got 3 Bowens Gemini heads 750PRO without built in radios.

Is it possible to have all 5 heads running from one trigger or zone controller ? I’ve been looking at the PocketWizard products, unfortunately I cannot understand how they work. Also there is the complication of having 2 heads with built in radios and 3 without, but only one hotshoe. How does one get around that problem ?

All those heads should have optical triggers so you only need to trigger one of them and the optical triggers will trigger the rest.

Once you can trigger you 400rx’s then you need to turn on photo cell on 750PRO’s CELL switch , it will let you trigger them “wirelessly”
Photocell react to flash from another unit it can be any source of flash/strobe light and you can even combine studio lights with speedlights (if they have build in photocell)
    Hope it help
