Tamron/Sigma/Canon/other….

Hi all,
I’d appreciate your help here. I have just bought a Canon 650D EOS. It came with a Canon EF-S 18-55mm F/3,5-5,6 IS II lens included. However, I would also like to get a longer ranged lens for my main interest, bird-watching. I would like to get some nice close ups of them. I occassionally like to do portrait and macro shots too.
I am not sure if all the following lenses are suitable for my camera as I have just started researching them. However, any advise would be much appreciated to help me on my way. The lenses are as follows:
Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5, 6 DG Macro APO
Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5, 6 DG
Tamron AF 55-200mm F/4-5,6 Di-II LD Macro
Tamron AF 18-200mm XR Di-II LD Macro
Tamron AF 70-300mm F/4-5,6 Di
Canon 70-300mm EF-S 55-250mm F/4-5,6 IS II
Canon ef-s 55-250mm f/4-5,6 Is IIMuch appreciation.
:oops:TwinFlashMemberCanon 70-300 is best choice for your bird-watching needs and for macro i would suggest buy a reverse ring for your 18-55mm it will give you great macro results for only few quids

Twin FlashAbubillaParticipantThat’s great. I never heard of the reverse ring before. May give it a try after I get my lens. I was leaning towards the Canon but am still wondering over the following:
Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5, 6 DG Macro APO
Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5, 6 DG
Tamron AF 70-300mm F/4-5,6 Di
Canon 70-300mm EF-S 55-250mm F/4-5,6 IS IIWas hoping I could get more advice here. Will just have to do a bit more research into it.
Thanks :D
