  Excellently exposed subject Dec. Not easy. What were the exposure settings?

  Very well done on capturing a white bird on a white background! :D The exposure seems spot on, the wings look magnificent. My only niggle would be the tail area..not sure if it’s my screen or not but the tail feathers seem to be surrounded by a little overexposure.
  All in all, very well done!

  Thanks guys for taking the time to look and comment, it’s appreciated.. The morning sun was from the left so hitting the tail …prob causing the blown out area??? The exif was 1/8000sec F5.6 ISO 640 300mm . . I had upped the ISO because the area where I knew he’d be was in shadow, but as soon as he spotted me he made for a getaway :)
