I noted in one of your other comments the lack of interaction that has crept into this site. I’d agree. I suppose there are just so many competing outlets for people’s photos now.
However, I do like this site for the negative feedback (constructive criticism I believe is the politically correct term). It’s something you don’t get on other sites.
I am commenting on posts where there have been a load of views but no comments and I am asking the photographer to return the favour by going off and commenting on 2 other images. Hopefully this approach might get the ball rolling.
Another idea I was thinking of was getting a kind of a “Buddy System” going where a few of us who are regular posters and commentators agree to critique each others work. That way contributors get rewarded for contributing….if you see where I am coming from :)
