The heading is strange I know but I have been asked to photograph community events in my area over a weekend. Its nice to be asked however, I have given this community council images for a calendar two years ago, which was fine but not credited on the finished product. Last year they used an image of mine without asking me but I had given some images to the PRO to submit to the local paper so I guess that was my own fault.
Anyway…. I just want to word it in such a way that my images if used for local press have to be credited to me and if used in another calendar project have to be credited to me. In other words help :?:
This is a case of thinking before hitting Submit.
I think its a Licence to Use form – I’ve looked online and I have a draft of one but will have to amend it to what I need.
