Nice exposure, full range of tones there. Can’t find any sharpness in it though. Unless you’re controlling your focus point very carefully, you’d want to stop down a bit more than 1.8.

I thought it was just my tired eyes at first, but you’re right, not as sharp as I thought it was. In hindsight, I realised I wasn’t using manual focus points. Silly me!

I went back into my workflow a few hours later and found a much sharper, better quality image. I used selective coloring on that version. I don’t want to be greedy and post that here as well (unless that’s okay?)

Yeah, don’t see why not. Go for it. :)

I like this a lot. Perfect composition for this technique. I could see this being a poster on someones wall. Excellent, well done.

    Wow, thanks, man ^_^

I’m rather proud of it. One of the best shot’s I’ve ever taken I think :)

You have a nice shot here no doubt, but I feel that you should have moved around to eliminate the litter bin. You could of course crop it out.

I would be inclined to agree with Tex. There is also the issue of the lamp post appearing to come out from his rear pocket,
the missing foot of the musician & I find the white car & driver in the background a distraction also.

Very nice indeed, selective colour is very effective!
