Doing a diploma online in photography

anyone looking to do an online photography course i just signed up to one on through groupon with Shaw Academy. I have never done an online course before but it was an extreamly good offer.

An “accredited diploma” always sounds dodgy to me.
It’s a totally basic course, ideal for someone who has never used a camera before. For anyone, with even basic knowldge, it would be too simple.
Having a look at the course syllabus there is nothing there that could not be found on YouTube for free. It is all fairly basic stuff and not what I would have considered worthy of a diploma.
I took the same course for free via a facebook offer. Its extremely helpful
Nothing wrong with doing an online course, just know that the Internet is free and contains many good and solid tutorials and advice.
