I like it apart from her expression. possibly she’s looking too far on the side, too much white in her eyes.

at first i thought the background was distracting but i actually think it works.I don’t mind the expression. The Post processing is well done too, however the highlight down and onto the top of her nose I find distracting as my eye is drawn to it.
One thing I will say is that i see you shot this with a 29mm focal range. A few of us in the club did an off camera flash portrait course with a very talented photographer and one of the things which he drilled home is that you should never shoot a model where you are shooting head and shoulders with anything less than 70mm as anything less puts “weight” onto the models face.
You can use wider angles lenses for full body shots.
