copyright infringement or not?

I have recently framed and created some really nice images where the Image has been taken from a printed “Marvel” Wallpaper. I expect if I tried to sell I would be infringing on the copyright BUT what if I was to photograph the image and frame sell my photograph of the image …..is that copyrigght infringement / theft ….or is it legal to sell your photo taken of something that is openly available?????
I don’t think it’s as dumb a question as it sounds. The paper I refer to comes with no copyright reference , essentially what I would photo is potentially someone else’s imagery of the originally copyrighted characters, see where I’m going, just wondering where the legal boundaries are as legal ownership and related liability appears to become ambiguous… To me anyway
I’d have assumed that whomever is producing the wallpaper has a license to do so ?
