Model Rates?

I’m deviating from my usual photography and am planning a few photoshoots where I will need to hire models. I’m assuming Model Mayhem is one of the better ones for Irish models? Trouble is they never list their rates and expect an offer to consider – so any suggestions as to what a normal rate a regular model would expect? Say someone with a couple of years experience but not high profile and preferably not seeking TFP.
