Kodak and Ilford film news

Just read that Kodak is going to close its plant in Switzerland contrary to denials last month.
Their European Kodachrome 35mm film processing operations is going to move to the United States.Ilford on the other hand seem to be going from strength to strength despite their scare at the start of 2006.
They annouced recently that they’ve signed a large distribution agreement for the US.I still shoot some film. Nice to see that Ilford is becoming a more stable company.
Always good to have a choice of digital or film
