    hi just wondering if there is any easy things can be done to inprove this shot

    I reckon a tighter crop first of all.

    The pose would have been better with her legs folded, but nothing we can do about that now!

    Maybe play about with different saturation levels…from +25 to greyscale…same with contrast…

    I agree, if the knees were bent if would have improved the shot. Still its not bad at all :)

    I remember reading something somewhere sometime (useful or what) about “people” shots.. anyway, long story short – there was a guideline in it about limbs and body parts that said “if it bends, then bend it..” I think thats a good guideline to bear in mind… itf you look at some of the more sucessfeull people/ model shots its true i think…

    Anyway – just a brain fart :shock:

    thanks for all your tips the shot origionally was twice the size i cropped it but not enough so will try a tighter one tomorrow.
    i think i read that in a mag aswell about if it bends bend it but unfortunately it was a candid not a pose. am going to that beach again in the next few weeks again and am going to try again as it really stands out to me. :D :D :D
