Well masteroftherealm and i ventured into Howth today to have a shoot off :D. Gorgeous day and well i hope i at least got a couple
of shots out of the 60 i took :shock:Here’s one….
Heheh unfortunatly I was shooting film today so youll all have to wait for my entry to the shoot off :)
Thats a cool shot – I like the way the sea gets progressively blurred. Good conversion too.
Thanks a million guys, a very simple shot. It was quite funny actually. I spent the day shooting with my 18-70mm lens, not a great lens
for candids. By the end of the day i was nearly in everyones face :D. I got some very strange looks. :shock: This guys just so happened
to walk right infront of me as i was sitting ontop of Howth Head.I wonder what he’s thinking? :?:
I’d definitely try and boost the contrast of the person a little to help lift him from the background more.

That’s ok.. we’re all allowed have our own opinions. That’s what’s great about art/photography. :)
Personally I think the Mona Lisa is WAY too small and WAY too overhyped. I’m sure millions if not billions of people disagree.

Mona Lisa tends to be the one which is surrounded by masses of Japanese tourists with cameras :)
Japanese tourists and angry museum employees stopping them from taking pictures, that is! :)
Yeah was the huge black guy working there when yu were there! Hes dead sound!
But even funnyer s the painting opposite the ML, its huge!!
Some lovely little hidden spots in the lourve tho, really pretty.
