Strictly speaking, this isn’t a photography website, but I find it really useful for monitoring various sites – including photography ones.
It’s http://www.changenotes.com
You set up a list of sites (up to 100) and it sends you an email once a day if they change.
I use it to monitor interesting sites which only get new stuff occasionally e.g. the RTE Weather competition, Bob Atkins, Canon japanese firmware site etc.
