  Been hanging out on the site for the last week or so and finally decided it was time to say hello.

  I’ve been taking photos for years, my father was a professional throught the 60s & 70s so I got the bug from him I suppose. Earlier this year, redundancy forced me to make a decision, so now I am trying to make a bit of a living from photography, but to be honest its more like full time child minder and part time photographer.

  I love landscape photography, but its very difficult to make a living from it so I have departed into weddings, portraits etc., but when I get the chance (kids back in school !!) I’ill be dusting of my film cameras and raiding the fridge for the velvia.

  Looking forward to getting more involved and having some ‘adult’ chats about photography – it makes a change from singing the theme song to Balamory !!
