Cokin ND Grad Filter

Does anyone know where I can get an ND Grad filter to fit a Cokin attachment. I have tried everywhere and all I am getting is “We don’t really stock Cokin anymore!” and “You don’t need one anymore with digital and photoshop!”
Not Pete the blokeParticipantfigParticipantWhat about delivery to ireland? You have to phone them first or something?

According to their website “Delivery to Southern Ireland, Channel Islands and the rest of the world please telephone or email first” If you’re set on buying Cokin filters, they are imported into the UK by Intro 2020 Ltd – have a look at their “Where to Purchase” page or just click here for a comprehesive list of Cokin stockists which includes our own Barker Photographic as well as Bristol Cameras, Jacobs, Bob Rigby Photographic, Speed Graphic, Walters Photo Video and Robert White Photographic. I’ve purchased one thing or another from all of these suppliers which is why I’ve listed them here as I know them to be reliable.
If you ever plan on using these filters with slide film, I would steer well clear of the Cokin ones as they are not neutral. You’re better off getting yourself true neutral density grads. I had the Cokin grads once and pretty much dumped them because they caused a magenta colour cast where they should have been neutral with certain slide films. I ended up using Hitech filters instead and never looked back! If you think you just want to experiment first, you could try 7dayshop.com for their Kood filters – these are made the same way as Cokin, using CR-39 resin.
_brian_ParticipantI got one in Conns Cameras a couple of weeks ago ,it was an 8 ,but it does the job
Cokin filters are still available ,some shops I suppose just don’t want stuff lying around.FintanParticipantfig wrote:

No, I bought some Lee filters off them last week. They are very prompt.
BarkerPhotographicParticipantBarker Photographic in Cork keep most of the popular A and P Series Cokin filters in stock (Hoya also). Anything not in stock can be ordered.
