Raptor – Captive

  Can’t call this wildlife but it is nature of sorts. Unfortunately you can see the glove.
  Only had 30 secs to take a shot. I could have cropped it out but preferred to see more of the bird.

  I can’t recall its name. Thought it was worth the post as it obviously a beautiful creature.

  Was that taken on hols, Mark?
  Zoomarine perhaps?

  Well done. In focus and good exposure.
  Just sharpen the image a bit and crop to eliminate some of the sky at the top.
  And bump up the saturation a tad.

  Looks like a Hawk of some kind. Beatifully taken. The light looks like it could have really caused detail to burn out but you controlled it nicely.

  Thanks Aidan. Some training from Mike Brown has helped :) . Unfortunately since I did his workshop I’ve taken
  very little wildlife. Must get out in the next month or so for some macro work.
