First attempt at reportage for C&C

Was’nt too sure where to post this so i stuck it here…
These are part of a recent set that i put together as a present for a friend and would be grateful to get any feedback, advice on improving etc.

Hey FreeAndPhotographyIreland. What a lovely thoughful present. I get the feeling though that this is more
stock photography than reportage. You’ve captured the event very very well, however it might not be that personal to the couple as they cannot be seen in the shots. I would love to have seen some expression, emotion in them and i am afraid
they are lacking these qualities. Am i bein too harsh ? :?Not at all Ali, I purposfully didnt post any of the shots where they were visible and only posted the in between “story” shots. The full set contained many more all of the couple, so i can understand where you are coming from only seeing these. I only put these ones up as the others are special to the couple and not really for general release :) Thanks for the comments, they are always welcome…
