    nice set of pictures, love first one the best..but why these rough, bulky (please excuse me) frames???

    I think that the frames are not very important, you can change them any time.
    I like the first shot. I would crop the part from the drops to down to make more focus on the drops.
    The third one is good in composition. Can you make sharper the drop?

    Thanks all, I’ll take your suggestions on board Roberto, I’ll try a few crops and see what happens :wink:

    boom boom ! I think the first one is the strongest image too. Love the tones and colours, dof is spot on as ever. It kind of looks a bit dinosaur-ish to me, the veins on the leaf and the red tips look like spikes on the back of something out of jurassic park. *cough* – Great picture. The 2nd one I thought was a bit too red I know that is what you were aiming for but its a touch too far for my liking. The third one for me is not as strong because its much easier to make out the photographer leaning in. I wouldnt be a big fan of the frames either – I think they look a bit clunky for presenting very intricate work like this.
