The sky is blown out a bit. I dont know if that can be corrected. Is this a scan? If so it might be possible, if there is detail in the original, to do two scans and combine them.

This shot was taken long before I knew anything about Graduated ND Filters or the like. Therefore, I think you are well right about the sky blown out in places. It was taken on a 20D with a 17-85mm IS. I’m going to see if I can do anything further with it in PS. If anyone wants to have a crack at editing the shot go for it.
