Long-legged companion of previous spider post. Bit more of a face on this one. C & C etc. welcome.

You’d never realise looking at them normally how colourful they actually are.nice shots.
nice one again! i’m no fan of spiders but there is something bizarrely (sp?) beautiful about them so close up when you can see their features!
must try out the macro bit on my lens………

Well, this one looks rather civil (!!) and slightly less hairy and scary than the usual mini-taratulas that you get to see around here. Excellent shot, very sharp!

But alot of the shot goes to the gear (20D, Sigma 105mm and ring flash). This allows you to get excellent detail. The head on this spider is probably no bigger than a pin head!
