Looks like radial blur filter on branches of a tree??
However personally speaking I dont think it works as the radial blur dominates the entire image and it doesnt have strong enough point of interest as a result.Yes it is the radial blur on tree with few branches.
About the focus of interest. Here I don’t want to show the tree as fact. Only using it as basic structure for the colours.
At the moment I like it but not sure about the corners in right top and left bottom.
