  hi,

  great shots i have been looking at your others they are all
  amazing, are you using the 70-300 macro for most shots

  i have one for my canon, but am finding it limiting as the min focus range is nearly
  a meter, any pointers for me that you could suggest,

  i have a 17-70 sigma also would that be better do you think.

  Thanks for the comments, I use a home made lens for the really close shots on a Fuji s5500 and others are taken with the Sigma.
  I posted my home made set up a while back :wink:

  Excellent shots Noely F. On the second shot the ladybird looks ready to fly out of my screen.

  hey noelly the second one is superb the lady is ultra sharp did you selectively sharpen it on PS its a super take. Must get out the hack saw and mutilate the binoculars saw your pic few months ago of your home grown setup you really got it spot on..
