Hadn’t taken any macro shots in a long time…. here’s a couple from during the week….

Hi David, #3 Hoverfly is the best of the bunch for me, a lovely crisp clean image. #2 the Fly is also quite good except for the highlights on the flower which you should be able to correct. #1 the Moth is not as good as the others, the DoF is just a bit too shallow, maybe a change of angle to go head on or else side on might have produced something better. I would be interested to know your aperture settings for all of these……………/Mikka
focus looks to be just off, as stated dof looks very shallow (IMO i like) which would make had to keep things in focus, especially the eyes.
