I really like this – but I can’t offer informed opinion as to why….the immediate impression I got was….
… nice lead in to the overall image
… great lines, and shadows with the bridge
… love the composition of the overall image, but particularly the stirde of the suit in the foreground – well timed
…the above combined with the smaller chap in the background – lovely timing and real depthAs I said I do like this for all the above reasons and more….. but this is purely the subjective opinion of a amateur trying to learn…
Yeah saw this on flickr Alan (I think I commented there) Really excellent shot, strong composition and great timing. Even the position of the 2 men, great.
If it was me I’d have kept it under my hat for the ‘Decisive Moment’ POTY :)
Lovely shot Alan. Lots of interest in the photo and some very strong angles.

For some reason its like it was set up. Nobody blocking each others place in the pic. Great!!!Great shot Alan…really nicely composed. Perfect timing.
