Hi Alan,
I like that photograph.
Has an air of mystery about it.I can almost hear the Harry Lime theme music.
I might have cloned the 4 little black dots above his head. Maybe …..
All in all a photograph I’d be delighted to have produced.
And from a phone too.
Well done.
John.
Arun GaurParticipantI like it and don’t mind the black spots over the head. I like them too.

Agree I’d have probably cloned the black dots.
alancotterParticipantThanks Shawn man.. I’m going to be honest, but i absolutely hate the idea of cloning anything but dust spots from my images. The way i see it is, when i’m taking a picture, if there is something in the image i don’t want in the image like a electricity wire etc.. I’ll either recompose the frame to not include it or make the conscious decision to include it, cloning isnt in my mind set..
But i do understand why people do and i respect that decision..LeoParticipantI like it. Every time I look at it, two words spring to mind…… Alfred Hitchcock !

Exactly what I thought :D
As for the cloning. I understand and admire what you are saying. I am a noob to all of this, but when looking at the picture my eyes keep getting drawn to the dots after looking at the man and I feel I should be lingering on him. Such a great photo from an i-phone too :D
DeeboParticipantYes Hitchcock or or an old 007 movie is what springs to mind.
I would be happy to have taken this, and goes to show its not all about the camera :-)
DeeRestlessNativeMemberYeah I generally agree on the cloning thing Alan, I certainly used to be that strict with myself about it, especially with street. However I have come round to the idea of cloning small things if they are distracting…only today I cleared some dog $#!* from a photo, I couldn’t recompose to get rid of it and I didn’t fancy actually clearing it up :)
Hitchcock it is definitely! Certainly a great capture from an iPhone
alancotterParticipantThanks guy for the feedback..
Shawn, i’d have probably cloned out the dog sh*t to, if i’m honest with ya.
