4×5 film supplier

hello, I’m just starting out in LF. Based in dublin, It didn’t surprise me that there seems to be little support for the format among most shops in the city.
I shot FP4+ on 6×9 previously and would like to continue using this film, but will probably try others. Any 4×5 shooters out there recommend online stores that are worth doing business with, mainly for film but also for other LF gear. I’ll be tray developing initially. Thanks John.

    I don’t think I’ve seen any 4×5 in Gunns-
    I’m sure I would have spotted it…

In Dublin, you can get it here- http://www.imagesupplysystems.com/

    I usually buy film online-

    Silverprint in the UK,

http://www.fujilab.co.uk/catalog have just launched an online store- worldwide, reasonable shipping,
including short dated/outdated discounted stock, and 5% off if you register (or just ask me for the code)
All sizes of film, not just large format-

    Badger Graphic in the US-
    and others-

    Anywhere it’s available really-

    Good username-
    Consonant please Carol…

I bought some last year from Kathy Gunn. Fresh and straight out of the fridge.

I must look out for it-

I think, I’ve seen Ilford Delta sheet film on the shelf.

macodirect.de is a good supplier too for specialty films, and they don’t have the £100 minimum order rule.

Thanks for the replies- ISS said they can get it – but didn’t seem bothered. Mr. Gunn said he’d order FP4- and the price would seem to be reasonable when you figure in shipping costs.
I’m trying to graft a 6×9 back on the sinar for the moment so I can shoot roll film. Any other 4×5 users out there to share tips etc..?

I’m using a sinar f1+ 150mm fujinon – up to now was using a 2×3 busch pressman. That was nearly as slow as using 4×5 so I figured i’d go the whole hog and get all the benefit.

I have a Horseman and 120mm Rodenstock but have never given it the time it deserves. Waiting for Polaroid 55 to make a comeback.

I would suggest you try pick up a Paterson orbital processor for developing, they are very suited to 5*4 processing doing 4 sheets at a time. I picked one up on ebay a year or two back. Very handy.
