55-200 mm lens question

  Would this lens http://www.sammccauley.com/Product/nikon-afs-dx-vr-zoomnikkor-55200mm-f456g-ifed-lens/21677/2231.10.7″ onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false; give a blurrry background at 200 mm on a DX? O r would 5.6 be too small for blurry.Assumin the subject is quite a distance. And in general is it a good lens?
