Apparently 120 film can respooled onto 620 spools if you come across a 620 spool

    I’ve got a 620 camera,
    and I wouldn’t bother re-spooling a single roll myself-

    I don’t know if that’s telling you anything…

What type of camera does she want to use it in?

She was clearing out a wardrobe and found a folding brownie she got it when she was young
and came down to me to see if you could still get film for it,the camera is in great nic,When I opened it I
thought it took 120 film but soon found out it didn’t fit

I found a Box Brownie camera in my mums a while ago, not the folding type, but it did take 620 film.
    8 frames per roll.

I did some some advertised for sale somewhere, in one of the ads in Black and White Photography Magazine, Silverprint maybe,
I’m sure I’ve seen ads for places that process it too.

Might all work out very expensive though. Maybe not worth it.

I dont think it is worth it I seen a few places selling it at £15 a roll plus p&p
I will be up in the womans house today and will let her know that its not worth while
