Hey its really easy in photoshop if you have it. Make another layer of the colour original (Layer>Duplicate Layer>OK) Turn it to black and white (Image>Adjustments>Channel Mixer>Monochrome> Play with Red/Green/Blue) Then zoom in and erase from the B/W layer the parts you wants in colour. The bottom layer will show through in colour where you have erased.
