Took these in a cemetery in Belfast (just off Falls road I think!?)… It was freezing cold with a strong wind and I had no tripod with me so the first is a bit shakey… hense the heavy work with PS in the first one… :)

    C&C welcome and appreciated…

    Thanks,

For some odd reason it reminds me of soaking prints in coffee YEARS ago…I like the second shot…but it’s the blur in the first that doesn’t work

I really really like the second one. And Ive a feeling that if it wasnt blurred Id love the first one too. Pity.

Shame about the camera shake on the first shot Jay. Excellent composition and
your postprocessing really suits the image. Wouldn’t be a big fan of the second one
really though with such a large blown area. Also the dof is a little jarring with two
out of three monuments in focus.
Me, I prefer graveyards to cemeteries.

Despite the technical issues you mention it is a nice moody image. Especially like the first one. I love graveyard shots. Graveyards are great for photography. Mount Jerome is my favourite.

From what I can see in the pictures they are from Milltown Cemetry. I would never have thought of taking pictures in it but no one from that part of Belfast would have a problem with guessing where it is especially the second shot portrays it brilliantly, so excellent work.I know how cold it gets in there.

I really like the first one.
It has a really old feel to it and looks very moody.
