A couple of ex-lilies

I’ve been going back over some stuff that’s been sitting around for the past couple of months. These are petals fallen from a bunch of lilies that had passed their prime. I thought they merited a slight detour before they wound up in the compost.

Two nice simple shots. Really like the black background, really brings out the colours in the Lilies. Like the fact also that they are dying and starting to dryout, different which is always good

I bet we’ll see these on the 30th?? We’re heading your direction for another challenge of the clubs. If this is the standard of Waterford CC at this stage, I’m concerned!!
