    Thanks Alan!

Glad you took the time to bring this thread back to the top. Some excellent pet photography on here!

Monty looks like a love. Greyhounds are awesome.

Sinead~~love that one of Jess~~wanted to try that same perspective with both my two together…hopefully have it soon. Right now I am up to my eyeballs trying to compose a Valentine’s card with three kids, two dogs, and two cats..It’s a nightmare and only a concept still :D

    Thanks Alan… Favorite subject.

Monty looks lovely, cool name for a Greyhound… Wouldn’t be after Monty Burns from the Simpsons, would it?

Dont know actually, we got him from the Mayo spca. We didnt name him!

I have pictures from when he was taken into the home, he was seriously emaciated
and his paws were all cracked, terrible, terrible, terrible.

    He is flying now !

I uploaded another pic of him running on my last post . . . too quick for my panning skills.

Thanks Sharon, Monty is a serious softie, though he can look mean sometimes!

It was Sinead who dragged this up, I could’nt find it . . .

Here are the live in’s where im living now.
They all seem to get on ok along with the 4 cockrels and 7 hens!

Sam the dog, Jack the black and white and Mouse, Jack’s brother, all male!

This one is a bad bad dog. Called Borzos. Not a chance to get him in focus.

Sharon – That wasn’t that hard to do, she was just staring at her ball.
Your set up sounds a tad more of a challenge though… Good luck!!

Alan… You have to post the mouses and the hens, cockrels too.

Zoltan… How cute is Borzos? What breed is he? He’s jolly lovely!

Alan: You know that that’s a cat, right? Now why would you call a cat a mouse? :) I love those four photos… why don’t we see more of these in the Nature/Pet life section?

Sharon: Borzos used to be a stray dog, and he’s a mix of everything.

Sadly no longer with us but this is my favourite picture of her,
she was a beauty, but as antisocial as hell, couldnt walk her in
public she would eat anything in sight, but with the family she was
a big pussycat. Miss her loads but Pearl (posted earlier in the thread)
fills the gap. Love seeing all the pet shots keep em coming.

Thanks Alan, had to giggle at mouse! :) years ago when my son was little he had
a cat called Rover, everyone used to say “Rover? thats a dogs name” and he would
reply “no……its a car” he is still car mad and collects them, though has still to get
a rover! Love the cock-a-doodle, my dad has a “thing” about getting a photograph of
an Osprey and has never managed it, he sent me a picture of his next door neighbours
cockeral (looked just the same as yours) saying he had got a shot of an osprey…lol

Bear is gorgeous……..seems to be saying kiss my a… :) :)
