A day at the zoo

Hey everyone! recently i took a trip to fota with the girlfriend and decided to take a few pictures as i was there! its not what i would normally be into or do but i found it very interesting! So i hope to visit there more often as i only live around 20 minutes from there!

Can ye all please let me know of the pictures and give some tips for better photos of animals as im pretty clueless haha! But very open to constructive criticism! :)

It’s a tough time of year to photograph at the zoo. With all that harsh light, you’re stuffed for getting the brights and the darks, and getting eyes lit up, etc. When doing the zoo thing, I prefer later/earlier in the year when the sun is lower.
