A day out in Barcelona

When I was there recently for a weekend, we spent the Sunday largely at the beach. There was an airshow on that a lot of people showed up to watch, and a lot more besides.

Nice strong set of images that convey the scene very well. I particulary like 4 and 6. The 6th is almost haunting, very emotive
DeeI like the faulty towers shot and the one of the group, where the girl looks as if she’s saying “I’ve had enough” Glad to see you managed to hold onto your camera gear there. :D
Thanks for comments folks. I wasn’t 100% happy with any of the shots I took that day. But as a whole, it tells a bit of a story. I found Barcelona difficult with the camera, since the sun was quite strong and there were lots of tall building, so lots of light and shade. However, that did not in any way take away from how nice it was be in a sunny and warm place in mid-October.

I think that’s a good selection of images that do indeed give a
flavour of the city and your time there.Boy that beach looks crowded.
#6 provides a contrast to the obvious signs of wealth in
some of the other shots.Well done.

2, 6, 8 for me Liam. 4, 5, and 7 seem to be missing a particular focal point for me.
