The contrasting stripes in the pavement lift these photos above the standard holiday photos you would see and I think you used them well.
The pick of the bunch for me is No 4, stripey pavement, stripey jumper, you caught it well.
My suggestion for it would to crop tight to the bottom right of the child and come up to the top left of the image, it would perhaps be a stronger image, maybe a contrasty B&W conversion would add to it, again its only a suggestion, I like the image as it stands.
I like the DOF in the last one but I dont think it’s as strong as the others.
Nice set of shotsThanks Dedalus, its a good suggestion. No.4 is already a crop actually, so I wouldn’t want to crop it much further, but the B&W is a good idea, since while the stripes agree with each other, I’m not sure the colours do, especially the red.
