Here are some more from yesterday. These guys were practically queuing up for me. :wink:

From a totally unqualified personal point of view
A good set of flies, hard to get them to stay still in the one spot
#4 is the pick of the bunch though it’s a pity that part of the wing and legs are cropped out.
It’s a shame that #5 didn’t have a more uniform neutral background as it’s a good shot as well.
#1, #2 & #7 don’t have enough DOF but,
#3 & #6 are good sharp head shots……MikkaThanks for the comment PD_BARBS.
Thanks for taking the time Mikka to have a close look. Unfortunately wide DOF at these high magnifications (x2 and x3) is very difficult to achieve while preserving light and reducing defraction. But sure, thats the challenge I suppose. :)
