The angle is compromised but I think she is a real beauty. Okanvanga Delta, Botswana. Perhaps the prettiest animal I have ever seen. She had an aura that glowed about 300 yards.
You’re a lucky, lucky man. Most who got to Africa never get to see a Leopard in the wild. And if you do, they’re usually asleep with their tail hanging from a tree limb (typically what you look for). I was lucky to find one that I had to crop a 560mm shot for. Being within 10 feet … mmmm. They’re not huge like Lions or Tigers but their stealthiness and the dense muscle more than makes up for it.
If I had to guess, I’d say she looks pretty young.
